Monday Menu

Breakfast:
Whole grain bagel with butter. Water to drink.

Snack:  Hazelnuts, a hand full.

Lunch:
Banana Walnut Oatmeal with blueberry’s. Water to drink.

Snack: Soft serve vanilla cone.

Dinner:
homemade beef and bean burrito with whole wheat wrap, salad with lite ceasar dressing, refried beans, quinoa, cantalope. Water to drink.
