Thursdays food log

Breakfast:  Whole grain bagel with 8 oz of whole milk

Lunch:  Tossed Salad with scant ranch dressing used on the side, sweet potato wedges with honey, water to drink.

Snack:  Mixed nuts with salt, plum, water

Dinner:  Home made stir fry on brown rice and quinoa, not-so-ripe mango slices, apple slices, refried beans, small tossed salad with scant dressing (lite ceasar), 2 cherries, sesame seeds (unsalted), oatmeal bread (1/2 slice homemade), almond milk and water to drink.
